Welcome to the FHI 360 Center for Youth Development and Engagement.

The FHI 360 Center for Youth Development and Engagement is a national capacity building intermediary. The mission of the Center is to create and strengthen the infrastructures that support the positive development of all youth.

 
     
CYM Logo
CommunityYouthMapping(CYM) has been a strategy for the last fourteen years. CYM is an established, youth led data collection strategy with broad applications and has been successfully linked with a variety of community building processes, youth populations, and 'systems'. CYM has been implemented in more than 140 sites domestically and several countries.
Afterschool.org and Promising Practices in After School Initiative strives to increase the quality and quantity of after-school programs by identifying and promoting organizational and interpersonal practices that support social, emotional, cognitive, physical and cultural outcomes for school-age children and youth.
National Service-Learning Parntership is dedicated to advancing service-learning as a core part of every young person's education. The Partnership concentrates on strengthening the impact of service-learning on young people's learning and development, especially their academic and civic preparation.
